Ingredients:

*Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) aerials (unsmoked), *Tulsi (Krishna/Rama) (Ocimum sanctum L.) aerials, *Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf, *Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) leaf, *Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root, *^Damiana (Turnera diffusa) aerials, *Linden (Tilia cordata) flower + bracts.

Directions:

Serve hot or chilled. Place 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of nearly boiling water and allow to steep for 5 minutes or 6-7 minutes if you prefer a stronger tea.

To serve iced, first brew the tea hot then allow to cool. Keep for up to 4 days refridgerated.
