Ingredients:

*Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) aerials (unsmoked), *Guayusa (Ilex guayusa) aerials, *Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root, *Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root, *Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) leaf, *Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) leaf, *Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) fruit powder.

Directions:

Serve hot or chilled. Place 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of nearly boiling water and steep for 6 minutes. It can get slightly tannic over long brews however the ginger and cayenne also get stronger. If you like a strong tea, leave longer.

To serve iced, first brew hot, then reuse the leaves a second (and maybe a third) time, then cool. Keep up to 4 days refrigerated.
