We know you know, but natural doesn't always mean harmless. Pregnant or nursing mothers, or anyone on any medication/with a pre-existing medical condition should always consult a health professional about any dietary restrictions. Prepared in a kitchen that may also prepare tree-nuts, ground nuts and seeds.
About the RLX blend:
Using a high percentage of Australian grown, potent herbs sharing a message of physical release and unwind, the RLX infusion combines a sense of tradition with an exploration of function and balance.
Chamomile, Lavender, Passionflower and Hops bring their calming, centring and sedative nervine action, while Peppermint supports the body to relax and quell any digestive fire. Rooibos adds a beautiful rounded sweetness, while Lemon Balm holds it all in a supportive container. Together, the herbs bring a distinct sense of relief, calm and repose.
Ideal for an evening routine, softening and preparing the body and mind for rest. The perfect accompaniment to a gentle day of quiet relaxation.

You can serve this one hot or cold. When served hot, the effects in the evening are compounded to help to prepare the body for rest. Place 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of nearly boiling water (95°C or so, but don’t worry too much about it, the herbs are very forgiving) six or so minutes is ideal for this blend as it’s weighted to more of the floral.
